Right to Know

The Pennsylvania Right-To-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, changes the way people may access public records of their government, and establishes new requirements for governments, such as Stroud Township, to process these requests. (Download Right to Know Form)
Requests must be made in writing and can be submitted by mail, email, fax or in person and directed to the Township Open Records Officer as listed below:

Stroud Township has developed a Standard Right-To-Know Request Form which may be obtained at the Township Office, or may be downloaded from the Stroud Township Website. The form may also be obtained from the state office which has been established to help implement and enforce Act 3:
